Fettuccine (Noodles) with meat sauce

Celery 30 grams, carrots 30 grams, onion 30 grams
Minced beef 300 grams
tomato sauce lt 0,75
salt, pepper
some basil leaves
In a thick-bottomed pan,brown,over medium heat, the chopped onion, carrots and celery  and cook until  their water is dried.
 Add the minced beef, pour a little wine and brown until it will be brown and dry.
 Pour the tomato sauce, pepper and salt to taste. Cook it in a covered saucepan and over low heat for at least 2 hours.
 When the sauce is ready, add some basil leaves and turn off the flame.
 Meanwhile in a large pot, boil salted water and pour the noodles. When cooked, drain and dress with the sauce. Serve and sprinkle with the Parmesan cheese or Grana Padano cheese.
